It’s never too early to seek advice and a Financial Planner has the expertise to guide you if you are best suited to start the advice process in the future.
Upon making contact our receptionist will make an appointment time and request your name, contact number and address/email address. An appointment confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you and this will contain additional information about our services and location.
Our initial meetings are free and there is no obligation to have a follow up appointment. During our initial meeting we will collect information about your situation and circumstances and work with you to determine your SMART goals and objectives.
Financial Planners have an obligation to know their client before providing financial advice, it can seem like a lot of questions and information needs to be supplied, however this will be complied into a data workbook to form the basis of your financial advice. A Financial Planner will guide you and if required provide a data checklist to ensure that supplying the information is as convenient and time-effective for you.
During the initial meeting the Financial Planner will discuss your next step if you wish to proceed with our services, as this is different for each individual or couple your next step could be a follow up appointment, strategy meeting or advice presentation, costs associated with these services will be discussed during the initial meeting.

A crucial part of the financial planning process is to ensure that you remain on track to reaching your goals and objectives and as these can change due to unexpected circumstances and during different life stages we provide our clients with an ongoing review service, included in our ongoing services is access to your Financial Planner and support staff all year round.
